Discover Extinct Animals - Haast's Eagle

Our theme for this term is 'Discover the Past'.  For the first 2 weeks we are Discovering Extinct Animals.  We got into pairs with someone that we hadn't worked with before.  We found out about the Haast's Eagle, a bird that lived in New Zealand but became extinct about 500 years ago.  We worked together to gather information about the Haast's Eagle and present it on a Google Slide.  Next week, we will be able to choose our own Extinct Animal to find out about.

  1. Kia ora my name is Tavita I go to Glen Innes school. I like your haast’s eagle that you made on google slide. It is very attractive. Can you try and do another animal so I can read it? We are doing farm animal for our topic.
